I tried on this dress in store a couple of months ago and fell in love with it.
It was a bit of splurge for what I wanted to spend that day so I decided to think about it and buy online if I still wanted it after some time.
I decided to finally buy it online since I couldn't stop thinking about it.
The dress arrived today and it REEKS of chemicals. So much that I can't be in the same room as the dress.
I'm torn because I love the color and the fit, but it's stinks like paint fumes. I'm thinking that the only way to get rid of the smell is too give it a gentle wash, but then I can't return it.
Bummer.

A "general size guide" doesn't ever truly work in the fashion world because of fabric and fit (stretch, oversized, bodycon, tailored, etc.).
